In the latest Ranking of Secondary Schools 2021 announced by the Perspektywy Public Education Foundation, the Public Secondary School of Lodz University of Technology was once again ranked first in the Łódź Voivodeship.
On January 4 this year President Andrzej Duda granted two professorial nominations to scientists of the Faculty of Materials Technologies and Textile Design of Lodz University of Technology: Prof. Katarzyna Grabowska and Prof. Dawid Stawski.

Lodz University of Technology, in cooperation with international partners, implements didactic projects related to the use of mixed reality, including virtual and augmented reality, in the educational process. The ecological awareness of a growing part of the society, which is almost universal among young people, proves how important the subject of a clean environment and a healthy lifestyle is. Experts from TUL, for whom ecology is not only a passion but also a subject of scientific research, will advise on how to be a conscious consumer, suggest what decisions are worth making while caring for the environment. They will answer questions and doubts, because also in the subject of ecology there is no shortage of "false truths".
Students of Lodz University of Technology have chosen the company which in their opinion is the best employer in the Lodz region in 2020. The winner of the vote was Ericsson. On 21 January, the Rector of the Technical University of Lodz, Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik, presented the representatives of the company with a commemorative statuette and a diploma.
