"Let's forget about modesty! We need to repeat this event". This is the comment of one university candidate who has met with TUL students at this year's TUL Open Day. This online event has confirmed the interest of foreigners in studying at Lodz University of Technology.

Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik was re-elected rector of Lodz University of Technology for the term 2024-2028. He had no competitors, which confirms that his standing at the university is strong. The vote, held on April 25, 2024, was attended by 111 electors, 90 of whom voted in approval of the candidate, prof. Jóźwik.

111 electors, all of the electors elected by the university community, voted. 90 of them voted for prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik, which the incumbent rector to become rector-elect. The new, 2024 - 2028 term shall begin on September 1st.

High school students from different corners of Poland who share a keen albeit general interest in fashion and textile-clothing topics took part in the National Young Fashion Design National TEXTIL2024 seminar at Lodz University of Technology. They visited the Faculty of Material Technologies and Textile Design bringing along a large number of well thought-through and mature design competition works.
