Lodz University of Technology has signed new double diploma agreements with universities from France. The Rector, Professor Krzysztof Jóźwik, signed (14.05) a document on cooperation with ECAM universities from Lyon and Strasbourg. Twelve students a year will be able to go to each of them, gaining a TUL diploma and one of the French universities.
Lodz University of Technology has concluded new double diploma agreements with universities in France. On 14 May, Rector Professor Krzysztof Jóźwik signed a document on cooperation with universities in Lyon and Strasbourg.
In a laboratory room she feels like a child in a toy shop. Being passionate about physics, she is now pursuing her doctoral degree at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School ISD. She is part of a research group led by Prof. Tomasz Czyszanowski, where she deals with VCSEL lasers widely applied in medicine or electronics, for example. Weronika Głowadzka has connections with the Institute of Physics at Lodz University of Technology and has been gaining international experience during internships and visits at European universities. Her aim is to create a future technology that would be used to quickly analyze the blood of patients or the air that they breathe.
A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology (2010) and the French university - Arts et Métiers Paris Tech. She studied Gestion et technolgie and Mechanical Engineering and Applied Computer Science at the International Faculty of Engineering (IFE). She holds a double and even a triple diploma degree from IFE, as well as a Diplôme d'Ingénieur and a Master Recherche diploma in Fluids and Energy Systems.
Rector and Senate of Lodz University of Technology will meet at a special session to celebrate the 76th anniversary of Lodz University of Technology. The ceremony will take place on 24 May at 11:00 am and will be streamed online on the website of Lodz University of Technology.

The GUST Project, developed by students from Lodz University of Technology, won 1st place in the Ecology category in the Student Constructions Competition (KOKOS). The innovativeness of the awarded project, developed by the Research Club of Power Engineering Students, lies in the very idea of reducing the wind turbine for use in an individual household.
The Student Construction Competition (KoKoS) has once again selected and rewarded the most talented young constructors. Students from Lodz University of Technology presented a wind turbine that can provide electricity to residents with limited access to electricity.
Dr hab. inż.Bartłomiej Stasiak, - a graduate of IT at the Faculty of Technical Physics, Computer Science and Applied Mathematics and of instrumental studies at the Faculty of Instrumental and Vocal Performance of the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź. In his scientific work at the Institute of Computer Science, he is involved in research in the field of audio signal processing and analysis.
